Premium Annual

• Title: "Premium Annual"

• Length: 1 year (auto-renewing)

• Price: $39.99/year (approximately $3.33/month)

• Features:

  • Same features as monthly plan

  • Save 33% compared to monthly plan

Both plans include:

• Auto-renewable subscription

• No family sharing

• Full access to premium features

• Cancel anytime

- Subscriptions are billed through your iTunes account

- Prices are clearly displayed before purchase

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

### Cancellation

- You can cancel anytime through your iTunes account settings

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

- No partial refunds for unused periods

### Free Trial

- New users may be eligible for a free trial

- Trial automatically converts to paid subscription if not cancelled

- One trial per user

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Violate any laws or regulations
